The trainer’s many years of application and expertise lies in the field of System Thinking that covers Total Productive Management (TPM), Theory of Constraints (TOC) and Six Sigma. His current customers include businesses from NASDAQ listed Singapore Technologies Assembly and Tests Systems (STATS), Agilent, Matsushita, OMRON Malaysia, Epson and many more.

The trainer has many years of hands on experience serving local as well as multinationals including Sony, Motorola in areas of Six Sigma, Total Preventive Maintenance and Theory of Constraints. Recently, he was invited to conduct seminar and workshop in 2003 IPQC Theory of Constraints Conference, Kuala Lumpur.

He was also an engineering lecturer in Leicester University First Year Engineering programs, holding an Honors degree in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University. He was part of the research assistant in some of Ames Laboratory projects in United States.
