Quality course provides fundamental understanding and practical
experience for front-line operators, Quality Control (QC)
supervisors, production supervisors and executives.
It allows participants to effectively use it in their working
place for effective communication and problem solving. The basic
7 QC tools are excellent knowledge and tools for companies who
embarks on Quality Improvement involving various levels of
workforce.
