A graduate from the University of Strathclyde, United Kingdom, the trainer obtained his Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Manufacturing Engineering and Management in 1999 and also has a Diploma in Industrial Engineering from Inti College, Malaysia.

The trainer has been involved in the manufacturing industry for 5 years working for multinational companies like Matsushita Electric Co. (M) Bhd and Western Digital Malaysia. He specializes in the research, development and implementation of state-of-the-art production software for manufacturing companies that want to improve and control their production system. The current production software system that he focuses on is called Preactor which is an advanced production scheduling software system that is developed by Preactor International, UK.

The trainer also has experience in the implementation of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software systems and understands the requirements and planning a company needs to have before implementing such a system. He has played a supporting role in the implementation of an ERP system in Saxonia Malaysia. In relation, the trainer's working experience as a manufacturing executive and junior production engineer has helped him to further understand how production software systems can bring added value to a realistic manufacturing environment.
