The trainer graduated from the School of Industrial Engineering from The University of Oklahoma, USA, in July 1995, now pursuing his MBA with University of Charles Stuart of Australia.

The trainer worked for MegaSteel Sdn Bhd (KL) for about two years & helped set up a M$2 billion Compact Strip Production steel mill. Being a certified AllianceMFG ERP installer in 1998 & a qualified ProModel Approved Simulation Trainer in 1999, the trainer now has more then 8 years of experience in implementing industrial projects & advanced IT solutions such as Simulation & Optimization of ProModel & ServiceModel, Final Capacity Scheduling solution of Preactor Inc, MRP II package of Exact/ AllianceMFG, Advanced Calculation products of Wolfram and various other software systems. Working closely with numerous industrial customers in Malaysia, Singapore, & Indonesia for the past many years, the trainer has vast experiences in implementing various manufacturing management projects, conducting industrial training, and providing professional consulting services.
