course addresses the more important question: What is the right

Kaizen for management staff explores new concepts that affect
how we view important questions. Such skills provide insights to
management on how to utilize the human capital to its fullest.
This course is about creating magic in organizations: learning
to make decisions and taking actions that deal with the
impossibilities. It is magical because it deals with the
impossibility. Many organization wizards such as Deming, Eli
Goldratt, Taiichi Ohno and Jack Welch have created the magic in
their organizations, turning around situations that seemed
impossible in today’s hyper competitive business warfare.
This course is designed with the works of many leading thinkers
in the field of management, linguistic, science and psychology.

consultant and business trainer in several management practice
including Total Productive Management, Theory of Constraints,
and Six Sigma. This course is designed to be filled with case
