Alliance Shop Floor Control function gives you constant feedback on the work-in-process and lets you make adjustments to your plan. Every work order is tracked through the factory so that you always know the status of the labour and material issued to each one. Actual machine and labour hours at each work centre are recorded by employee, work order, and operation, and can be compared to established labour standards.
