Alliance System Security allows you to control access to different functions. For example, you may wish to restrict employees from sensitive data such as the employee file, or you may want to restrict unauthorized personnel from modifying your bills-of-materials. With Alliance, you can establish individual security rights for each employee, allowing access to certain functions and denying access to others. Individual employees may be completely prevented from viewing the information, may have Read-only privileges, or have full rights to view, add, edit and delete data.
A "Copy Rights" function allows you to assign a set of security rights from one employee to another, eliminating the time necessary to configure security sessions for employees with similar functions or authority. Since there are hundreds of possible configurations, this can save significant setup time.
