Bhd., have been working with Total Productive Management, Theory of Constraints and Six Sigma for more than 8 years, giving away countless of lectures & training, as well as leading many profoundly successful industrial projects. He is vastly experienced in managing & implement operational and productivity improvement systems and serve companies including Sony and Motorola.
 
Holding an Honors degree in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University, Mr. Jay Chiew was part of the research assistant in one of Ames Laboratory projects in United States (1992).
